It's always the same...like being a rookie...entering CHL .... going to draft etc.

Why not starting as a low pick...and playing in AHL...prove your worth and be called to NHL. Many amazing players that were undrafted and proved their worth as a call up.

Be A Pro is the focus for NHL26 so we should see what they do with it next year.

If they do to BAP what they have done for Franchise, I wouldnt hold my breathe... BAP was better 10 years ago, hell 5 years ago when you could still play 3 years and then go pro. The last 4 years has not been worth playing. Glitches, being a Calder candidate your whole career, unrealistic coach expectations, but when you blow those expectations out of the water you fail because of poor coding. Little to no outside involvement from your agent, no minigames around player commercialization or getting better as a player, no practice, contracts are set to 3 teams you can sign with. Request a trade means little as you dont have a NMC or Limited NMC. Oh and you dont gain attributes, zone or other abilities naturally. They are locked behind a garbage story. I could go on but feel the point has been made. Just another mode designed to make you question your purchase or funnel you to HUT, basically EA in a nutshell. Microtransaction or bust!
