Madden 19 - Removing Meshes From Game (Stadium Examples)

Hey guys,

Been away for awhile but getting back into it and getting back to helping the guys with the NCAA mod, I have discovered a quick way to disable certain meshes that you do not want in the game for whatever reason.

We are obviously excited for this to disable the jumbotrons, video ribbons, etc. This also helps make smaller school stadiums.

You cannot ADD, only REMOVE. It is very finnicky so just play around with it. I am working on attendance to make them disappear when you remove stadium sections. More on that at a later date.

Here are some quick examples then I will explain how - it is super easy.

Bills stadium with some top removed.

Levi Stadium with several of the meshes removed such as EA Sports Logo meshes (there were 2 advertisements) and the Levi Jumbotron.

Last is the jumbotron at Chicago. Removed for the NCAA mod because we cannot edit the Bears videos that play.

So as you can see, this could be useful for many things. It extends to more than just stadium meshes as well, so toy around with it.

To do:

1) Open the RigidMeshAsset you want to remove.. in frosty, on the right sidebar, you will see LodScale and CullScale - Set both to 0.

That’s it.

Have fun!

Removing. Not adding.

That falls under weather and would be in a different location than the stadium.
