so wait...what happens with draft picks then. Did all of a sudden the cadences stop? Or did they assign draft picks random ones from real players?

They'll most likely be assigned a generic cadence voice. Just like previous versions of Madden that featured signature cadences.

It's still cool though because they will have the qb cadences and real hit and grunt sounds and stuff, which will sound much better than what we have been hearing the last few years.

Does anyone know what time they are doing this tomorrow? And how they are releasing the playbook?

Maybe we can assign created or drafted players different cadences? Anything to make franchise feel different over time.
