Franchise teams who need to blow up the roster?

Question , for those who know baseball, as I'm learning.

I know it doesn't happen often, but once in awhile a team totally blows up its roster.

Any help with some teams who should blow up the roster and i can use?

Other than the obvious Rockies, Marlins White sox, etc.

I greatly appreciate any assistance.

I’d say the teams you mentioned have already blown up their roster. You’re gonna wanna look more at teams that are middle of the road with no serious chance of actually winning/ competing.

Maybe the Cardinals & Twins but even then.. they play in a weaker division so it’d be hard to just blow it up.

I really like the idea of the Twins. What are your thoughts on them?

I’ve flirted with doing them as well. Nobody talks about them.. they’ve got good pitching, few good players that are injury prone and older… decent farm system and a lot of roster holes to fill.

Agreed, when using the Twins, and blowing up the roster, is there anyone who absolutely should not be traded, like a local favorite or something?

Well probably guys like Royce Lewis (young, injury prone sadly but he’s a cornerstone of the franchise), Byron Buxton (also injury prone) but he’s a fan fav for sure. As far as pitchers go… I’d say Joe Ryan and maybe Bailey Ober.

Houston. Minnesota. And prior to this hot start, I would have said the Giants .
