Pitcher and pitch confidence
1. Does a pitchers total confidence entering a game depend on previous performance, or do they randomize it? Or maybe have set start points based on being on a cold, hot, or no streak?
2. Same for pitches, do they carry over game to game or just random?
Bonus Q: if you have the catcher call the game, do their choices depend on any ratings, batter information, etc? Or just strictly the count?
