NBA 2K14 UPDATE FILE FOR PS4

I've been having a hard time getting to download files with my PS4. I did the latest firmware update via usb. Now I am able to get on to PSN; however, I am trying to currently download NBA 2K14 update which is necessary to play the game and it downloads for a little bit and then stops completely. It says 18 hour download and I have tried to get it to work and yet it still does not want to cooperate. Is there a way I can do the download via usb, like I did the firmware update for PS4? This sucks because I cant play any other modes expect MIAMI vs SPURS until the download is complete. Please can someone help or lead me in the right direction to get this problem solved. Thank you.

So is this just me having this issue? I really want to play the game but this is kind of standing in my way right now.

the patch and the install are two different things miami vs spurs is because the game is installing to the hdd..

You might be the only one having this problem. Maybe your internet service is horrible.

To speed things up, you could disconnect ALL other devices from your internet.

The game will take longer to download if you are sharing your PS4 connection amongst a laptop, or several different computers and iPads, all while surfing the web and watching streaming Netflix movies (in a house with 3 or 4 other people who may be doing the same -- assuming you live with family, that is).

Reduce the number of 'connected' devices and see how/or if speeds improve.
