NBA 2K17 Patch 1.07 Available Now For PS4 & Xbox One - Patch Notes Included

Yeah, the Xbox One update appears to finally gone live. It says 3.5 GB.

Only thing of importance that I see is "Reduced the effectiveness of shooting after excessive dribbling to achieve better game balance."

I wish they would of done more and improved the pathetic defense a little bit and toned down the ridiculous offensive badges. I honestly can't see playing this game too much longer unless there is another patch focusing on really improving the balance of the gameplay.

I love ❤️ hitting open 3's. It's fair and honest. I like this new patch.

I really haven't been playing much. I'm strictly offline. I fully admit that there has been some huge improvements and with slider edits and roster edits it's all like a new game. That said - it's still not a great game for me.

Without going into every detail I just feel that it's a very linear game that lacks an organic feel and I just find that I'm watching and hoping for animations to play out a certain way. Most of my issues stem from the physicality and clairvoyance demonstrated by on ball defenders and the complete lack of realistic off ball defense.

I think I've come to terms with knowing that this title is going to be geared at online play as opposed to NBA realism. Definitely sucks but hopefully in the future either via tuner updates or patches maybe I'll come back to it and be able to actually enjoy playing. There's always next year and/or other games.

I wish 2K would release an update with an option for those who bought on digital and prefer to play offline, to reset the game to the way it was on release.

Allow us access to remove all updates and tuners.
