Well, it's a demo, and it's just so you can try out the gameplay so it doesn't matter if it's just one quarter. Besides, you can play it more than one time

I don't think a lengthy demo is needed, and could be a bit of a risk releasing so early given how reactionary people can be on the boards. Imo they really shouldn't have a lot to prove given all the information they've released to date + the huge amount of video, as well as detailed breakdowns by people like the Czar. I couldn't see how people could allow any issue they find in the demo to cause them enough concern not to purchase the title if they like what they've seen so far. Unless it was a MAJOR issue - but hard to see that happening given how available 2K has been w/information. And it's remarkable they still have significant information to release. They've raised the bar so high it's as if people keep expecting them to smack homeruns everytime they do anything. Imo if they haven't convinced you by now, I'm really not sure what else they could do to convince you.
