I would love if they added all-star games into the greatest (as extras, of course)
1998 ASG, 97 (get a trip doub with MJ), 92 (play as magic), 88 (score 40 with MJ), etc.....
BUT 98/97 is a must (because that way we get guys like Reggie, Penny, Younger Shaq, a rookie Timmy D, second year Kobe, Malone, Ewing, Kemp, etc.)
That would only be topped by redo the 96-97 72 win season (play a season)....

Are you suggesting that if 2K insisted on relying on gimmicks this year, it'd be the inclusion of Jason Williams that'd save the game from losing sales and not the inclusion of some of the NBA's all-time greatest players and teams? If so, my opinion varies.

They changed parts of the game to make MJ's seem more authentic (Tongue animations, ball fake)...so this inclusion of other legends hopefully means overhauled mechanics on the things they excelled at (Rebounding, transition game, passing).
