Pretty sure KG is just wearing a knee sleeve. If you look closely, you can faintly see his skin below it. The shadowing is giving it the full leg sleeve look.

Sounded like they said there will be 12 insights taking place between now and release on either Monday, Wednesday, or Friday of each week. As there's only about eight weeks until release, that'd surely seem to insinuate multiple insights a week in some cases.

In the insight they said AT LEAST one per week releasing on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday. Next week there is only 1 and its on friday.

That skin looks like it might be Rondos arm.
