They haven't confirmed or denied it for next gen yet, they did say the next gen devs had "considered" all the crew feedback, take it as you will

for what it's worth I have no idea why in the hell they'd bring back full crew for last gen and not do it for next gen

I'm not even mad that Crew is not on PS4, I'm mad that 2K clearly doesn't give a **** about it's fans anymore. They've hyped up this announcement so much, and hinted at Crew numerous times. LD was even teasing everyone in the Crew thread. And then after all this, there's no current-gen news, no screenshots, just last-gen news.
