Help with/avoiding bugs and glitches

After reading up and watching some videos about Head Coach 09 I'm really wanting to get it. I'm just worried about issues within the game, different glitches and freezing issues. Does anyone have any tips in regard to avoiding these problems as much as possible?

Depends on where you’re getting it. If it’s a disk for ps3/xbox 360 there’s not many glitches or anything that happens unless there’s something wrong with the disk. If you’re playing RPCS3 or something “other” than consoles then that’s a different story. You’ll need a config that’ll make the game better, which I have, but how well it works will depend on how good your pc is.
