NBA 2K14: Next-Gen Details on Gameplay, AI, New Modes and more!

Lebron James NBA 2K14 Next-Gen.

2K Sports today revealed a whole boatload of information about NBA 2K14 on next-gen consoles, which includes a four-tier approach with NBA Today, MyCAREER. MyTEAM and MyGM all receiving a huge imagining for next-generation consoles.

I don't really get what this MyGM is. I couldn't care less about MyPlayer, I just want a realistic Association Mode in Next Gen!

#NBA2K14 don’t panic yet but my gm reminds me of ccm and I Hate ccm mode on madden. Didn’t see an option for playing franchise or season..

Sounds like it's Association after your MyPlayer retires. Or maybe even while he's playing (which would be dumb but fun).

I'm going to create Bob Myers as an undrafted bench scrub from UCLA, who promptly retires and takes over Golden State.

The only way I'm buying a next-gen 2k is if MyGm is actually a better association mode and not a MyPlayer gimmick.
